10 months!

Ten months has been a blast. Brae has conquered a few walking steps, she says "uh oh" "baby" "dada"and she continues to be a bit of a mommas girl ( I was told to eat it up while I can). My favorite part is that she's sooo lovable right now. Cuddle time is the best! Finally, we sleep pretty good but nap time is still over rated. Though you could never tell, she snacks all day and sitting down for a meal is a little crazy. Too much of a busy body for that. We're just lovin our sweet girl!

Yes, she has discovered the toilet paper roll!

Cuddling with her horse that aunt T and Uncle mac bought her.

She prefers to stand in the rocks. Chris has a yard full of grass for her and off to rocks she goes.

The Park

Lucky enough for us we have a few parks close to home and that makes for lots of play time. The weather has been beautiful and now's the time before it gets too hot. Brae loves being outside especially the sand and rocks. Grandma and I love taking her out on our days off. Thanks to hardworking husbands and part-time jobs!
The slide's ok now. Doesn't love it yet but i'm sure she soon will.

Braelyn's famous face. What???

Grandma's keeping her from hitting her head.

Nice Abs!

She'll be our little rock climber.

I took this picture because Braelyn just had to have her hand above grandma's on the swing. Every time my mom would move her hand above B's she would peel my mom's fingers off and Braelyn would make sure her hand was above grandma's. Sooo funny, little stinker.

Weekend in Benson!

I still love going home! I love the land and openness that our parents have living in the country and I especially love it now that we have Braelyn. The adventures we had growing up as kids with so much freedom is not like anything you can get living in the city. We spent one weekend playing outside in the yard and roaming the sand wash behind my parents house. We were showing Brae how much fun it can be and the trouble we use to get in to.

My parents still have this ancient swing set at their house from when we were kids..... so we thought we'd give it a try!

Burying her feet in the sand!

Wally's rusty old tonka truck. They don't make em like this anymore.

Swinging with uncle Wally. The chains are still holding up???

Not too fond of the slide.

soooo strong!

Hangin with dad!
Check out the boots!

pretty!

Bath time!

As you can see, Braelyn still loves her bath time! As soon as she hears the water turn on she comes a runnin'. We captured a few silly moments the other night so I thought I would share.

Everyone has to have the soapy mohawk!
As every kid does, Brae loves her reflection. She finds herself in the overflow cap and makes silly faces.

She never minds getting out either. We just wave "bye bye" to the water as it goes down the drain and she thinks it's fun. Getting dressed is a different story....

Gettin' her belly!

My new camera!

My lovely husband bought a new camera for Christmas! It's sooo nice to have now that our little Braelyn is a busy body and it's hard to get good pictures of her. I just love it! Not so good at picture taking yet, but here's a few shots of the little Braezer herself.

Just learning! The shadows are bad in this one but I thought it was cute of her looking at the dogs.

Sweet baby girl!

New Year's 09'

New year's was fun as always. I unfortunately had to work. So..... at 8pm on the 31st Chris, Braelyn and I packed up and made the treck to Benson. My parents always have a new years eve party for my brother Wally who was born on New year's day and we couldn't stand to miss it!
Brae was fun! She slept the whole way to Benson so she was awake and ready to celebrate by the time we got there. Then, 2am came and mommy was ready for bed. Brae shortly fell asleep thereafter with some coaxing.

Happy New Year's!

Braelyn still awake at midnight!

Brae playing with markers on the fridge at 1am. Time for some PJ's and bedtime came around 2am.
I know this is such a late Birthday shout out but.......Happy Birthday Uncle Wally.

Christmas with the Bray's

So after having an awesome morning with the Goodman's, it's off to the Bray's. We're so lucky to have both of our families living in the same town. We love that we get to see everybody on the holiday's and it makes life a lot easier. How great we have it!

Us and our crazy little "B"!

Brae with Grandpa Bray. Must be stealing some of his Christmas toys.

Loving on Grandma as always!

This was her new gift from Grandma and Grandpa Bray. SOOOO perfect because she loves to look at herself in the mirror. It also has kiss marks all over because she likes to kiss herself.

Posing with her cousin Oly. The one who will teach her all about sign language. (better not teach her bad things!)

Brae and her Unce Wally. She loves this guy!

Aunt T and Uncle Mac. Wish we could see you more! Aunt T is always making Brae laugh. Brae hears her voice over the phone and her face lights up.
Still doin tricks!
Cousin Jaycee comes to visit. Sweet girl!
Jaycee N Chris
Lovin on cousin Wally

Jaycee was hiding from Braelyn and kept making her laugh. What fun these two will have growing up!
Christmas was a blast this year! What ever would we do without these little ones!!!
