Our November!

Ok, so I'm a terrible "Blogger". Braelyn is 8 months old now and time is just slipping away from me. In a nut shell.... we've spent the last month visiting with family, celebrating birthday's and having a wonderful Thanksgiving! Now it's time for Braezer's first Christmas.........
This one's kinda blurry but I thought it was so cute of her bum! So..... we spent the Thanksgiving Holiday down in Benson. Brae and daddy joined the Barney's and Goodman's for quite the feast and I met up with them later that night after work. Braelyn wore her Turkey outfit and Chris said she had a blast playing with her cousins, aunts, uncles and Grandparents. Chris also had his whitetail hunt so we stayed in Benson for a whole week. Tons of fun though! (for the most part)Braelyn is teething and hated to sleep. The nights were miserable but she did fine during the day. In fact, she was really good during the day. Don't know how this kid can be so happy with no sleep but she always has. We spent some good times with family and Braezer was able to see her auntie Teresa and uncle Mac.
Outside with Grandma. Our hero! Grandma often comes to Queen Creek to babysit and helps out a ton when mommy's lacking sleep.
Mom and I spent a couple of days putting up their HUGE Christmas tree. Braelyn loved it so we decided to get a few pictures.
I think she liked being able to reach the Christmas ornaments from upstairs.

This is Braezer's new trick. Look no hands. She did this for the first time on Thanksgiving day with her daddy. (of course mommy missed it.)

Brae with her cousin Jaycee. She was teaching her "Patty cake"
Braelyn loved her uncle Mac. She loved his cowboy hat! Anytime he was in the room or would walk by Brae just starred with a smirk on her face. She has takin a liking to boys. uh oh!Good times with her crazy Aunt T!

Her new thing is climbing under her exersauce. Weirdo! It's funny because she often gets stuck.

Lovin on cousin Olivia! (Colleen's sister)
Daddy has taught Braezer how to lay under the Christmas tree and look up at the lights.
Yeah! Our tree's up and it's not even Thanksgiving! Way to go Dad.
Yes, the tree will be on top of her in no time!

Daddy's little helper!

Since mommy couldn't be there, Daddy and Grandma had to get Brae all ready for the Thanksgiving feast. Good job guys! Darn it, we didn't get very many pictures of her with the Barney and Goodman family. Must of been too much fun. If anyone has pictures they took please share and send to my email. Mimi???

Deer Daddy?
MMMM! As you can tell she loves to eat. She's not fond of baby food but she loves eating off mommy and daddy's plate.

Playing with cousin Bryce!

Daddy has quite the "green thumb". We love our yard and green grass!
Brae "eats it" all the time because she forgets that the glider moves.
She is still very much a water girl. she wants in that fountain soo bad.

Out to lunch with dad! We love our "Costa Vida".
This is how we get ready. That is..... until Braelyn discovered how to turn on the water. Dang it!
Sooo our little Braelyn is 8 months old now. She went from learning how to crawl and then suddenly standing in three weeks. (I totally thought she would last longer on the ground). She loves eating off our plates. She went from loving the "Stanley steemer" commercial to loving "Little Drummer Boy" by Jessica and Ashley Simpson. That song just catches her attention. Thanks daddy! We like our tooth brush and we're learning about reflections and shadows. So cool! She has her first freckles! The "whole" house has been discovered and so have the outlets. She still obsesses over hair. (must of got that from her Uncle Brent). Clapping has been accomplished. She's stingy with her kisses but loves to hug. Apples are great, not too fond of peas. The vacuum cleaner is now very scary and she has inherited her fathers cowlick. Braezer, you are one crazy kid. Happy 8 months!

This is our Maggie girl. Best dog ever and she loves kids. Brae loves dogs right now, big and little. She thinks Koa (Brent and Brooke's dog) is the best thing ever.

Chad Whacks Birthday party. He's 21 ahhhhh! Good times! We went to RA and then tried to go bowling but it was leauge night. Crazy, on a Wed??? So, we just visited and played around the arcade.

Soooo strong!

This Stuffed animal machine was huge. The claw could have gathered Braezer right up.
Cheezy girl!

Chad and his "friend" Amy.

The girls looking pretty full after all that sushi! Yummy!

A day with cousins Beth and Kegan. Such a cutie he is and a really good baby!

A visit with Great Grandma Bray. See the chins! Brae got her cute little chin from Grandma Bray. This was a good visit, Brae hadn't seen her in several months and they both needed to get some lovin in.

My little Leprechaun!

So I'm a week late but here they are. Braelyn the little Leprechaun. She was so cute! It was fun getting her ready and mom and I had a blast making her costume. Grandpa Bray thought we were crazy when he found us in the bathroom hair spraying her hair red. Everything turned out and I was proud of my untalented self. Thanks Grandma Mary!

The St. patricks day baby Leprechaun. She makes a very cute red head!

Here's Braelyn and her cousins. We have Jaida as Miss. Ladybug, Brae the Leprechaun and Jaycee as Dorthy.

Matthew, Jaida, Jaycee, Nathan and Braezer

Brae with here Auntie Cathy the wicked witch.

Grandma!

Jaida discovered the Halloween candy at the door and was in it all night. She was sooo stinkin cute!

Daddy came to celebrate with us after work.

Brae with her heroes Nathan and Matthew
It was Papa's birthday so we went to celebrate, eat some cake and open presents. Happy Birthday papa Goodman!

By the end of the night this is what she looked like. One shoe off and one shoe on, skirt off, headband gone and messy hair. Freedom! She was sooo tired and I think the night was more fun for me being able to dress her up then it was for her. Such a good sport Braezer. Happy Halloweeeeen!

Off to Oregon!

Surprise! So on a whim the girls (Brooke, Debbie, Braelyn and I) all decided to fly to Oregon and see Nicole, Billy and the kids. Billy was in on the surprise and picked us up from the airport without Nicole knowing. When we got back to their house Bill walked in the house with Braelyn while the rest of us hid in the garage. I called Nicole on her cell phone so we could all hear her reaction and all I got was a scream and she hung up on me. Guess she was surprised. The trip was tons of fun and the weather was beautiful. We sure miss those guys!

Brae's first plane ride. She did awesome and slept most of the way.
Roloff Farm! On friday we all went to the Roloff Farm from "Little People Big World". The kids had a blast picking out pumpkins from the pumpkin patch, eating kettle corn, holding snakes and taking a tractor tour of the farm.

This is us posing with Mrs. Amy Roloff herself. She was very nice and told us she has friends that live in Gilbert AZ.

Braezer intrigued by this creepy snake!

Mommy and Brae getting some picture time.Braelyn with her cousin Madi. Brae loves her cousins! I think her and Madi will always have a special bond. Madi has sang the Cuppycake song, "I love you so and I want you to know..." since Braelyn was born and to this day Brae responds whenever someone sings that song. She will look up and give you a great big grin.

Brae loves her Koye boy too! Koye kept saying "Braelyn is so cute" and then he would pat her head.

Then there's Crewser. He's been a bit of a momma's boy lately. I think he knows a little sister is on the way. Had to capture a moment when he wasn't tugging at Nicoles side. This kid is sooo crazy and such a sweetie too.

Nicole with her auntie Nicole saying " come back home to AZ already"

Too cute!

Brae loved the pumpkins. She was such a good girl this trip, easily entertained. We came home and she was so lost without her cousins.

Multnomah Falls! On saturday Billy drove us to these famous falls that were just across the Columbia River. They are the second largest year-round falls in the Nation. SOOO pretty! We ate lunch together and hit the trail for a closer look. It made for some great pictures and the kids had fun. Check out that belly!Brae and Koye hangin out. Goofy kids!
We stopped for some hot chocolate and no one was paying attention when I suddenly hear Brae grunting. When I looked down this is what I found. Guess that's why they make buckles for the strollers huh. Too funny!

Our little Madi all grown up.
This is little Crewser sucking his fingers and playing with his eyelashes. Weird child! Crew and Braezer spent some time in the stroller together. He kept getting annoyed with her because she loved to play with his ears.

The girls.......and Koye. Koye liked being in all the pictures.
What little cuties!
Braezer with her mimi.

Thought this was a cute picture. I was actually surprised no one ended up in the fountain. Brae will be soon to follow.

Auntie Brooke! Brooke has been my saving grace. She helps to watch Braelyn when I go to work and when last minute things pop up. Brae loves her Auntie Brooke.
Playing in the grass at Portland Oregon temple.

The girls again. Where's Koye?
A Day at the Park! We came home on Sunday after a very short four day stay and before we left we had a picnic at the park. Nicole and Billy live across from this really cool park that all the kids just love. We made chicken tacos and homemade ice cream, sooo yummy!

Braelyn loved all the grass and played in the leaves. She's not use to all the green, living in AZ!
Thought this was such a cute picture of Crew. He can often entertain himself when he's not at Nicole's side.

The kiddos posing for me in the park. Braelyn will soon be ready to take off.

Our sweet girls! Poor Madi wanted to carry her around so bad but Brae the little chunker was too big to carry very long.

Mimi with her grandkids! Poor kids were so sick of posing for pictures!

Saying Goodbye! Saying goodbye always sucks. We miss these guys sooo much but luckily they're all coming home for Christmas. Braezer even got a smooch from Koye as we left for our plane. Thanks for having us Farris'. Such a fun trip but hopefully we won't have to make it too many more times!
